Scrumptious Strawberry Shortcake Dip!

INGREDIENTS

1 container (16 oz) fresh strawberries, stemmed and diced

1 tablespoon of sugar

1/2 tablespoon of vanilla
1 package Fruit Dip Sh&@
1/2 teaspoon finely lemon zest
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original vanilla

1 box vanilla wavers or gram cracker sticks or animal crackers

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a medium bowl, mix strawberries, 1 tablespoon of the sugar, vanilla and lemon zest. Let stand 5 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, place Fruit Dip Mix, cream cheese, and yogurt in medium bowl. With electric mixer, beat on medium speed until creamy and smooth.
3. Spread cream cheese mixture on one of our Nora Fleming serving platter with the Strawberry mini.

Drain strawberry mixture if necessary and spoon on top of cream cheese mixture.
4. Serve dip with vanilla wafers as dippers.
