Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:

2 lb breakfast sausage

9 eggs

3 cups milk

2 cups shredded cheese

3 slices bread

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Cook, drain and cool sausage

Mix all other ingredients and whip together

Once sausage is cooled, add to egg mixture and put in a 9x13 greased baking dish. Put in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning, Preheat oven to 350 and then bake casserole uncovered for 1 hour until set.

**This is a great base and you can add veggies, any type of sausage or cheese that sounds good to you.
