Coffee Cake Yellow cake mix 1 pkg 3oz vanilla instant pudding 1 c oil 1 c water 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla Mix with mixer for two minutes. In separate bowl mix 1/2 c to 3/4 c sugar with 1-2 T cinnamon 9x 13 inch pan Pour 1/2 batter and spread across bottom of pan. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over cake batter. Pour remaining batter on top of cinnamon sugar. Using a knife cut 5 to 6 lines crisscrossing the cake. Do not mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes Enjoy😊
