Use either:
• 2 packages Weisenberger Pizza Crust Mix OR
• 2 packages Weisenberger Biscuit Mix (depending on your flair!)
Our enamel cookie sheets work perfection for these.

Ingredients
• 2 packages Weisenberger pizza crust mix or 2 cups Weisenberger biscuit mix
• 1 pound pork sausage (raw)
• 16 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated (or mix with mozzarella if you like)
• ½ cup milk
• 1 ½ teaspoons Doe’s Steak Seasoning
• 1–2 teaspoons Bam Bam Dust (to taste)
*chives are optional

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (177ºC). Spray or lightly oil your enamel cookie sheet.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well incorporated.
3. Using our cookie scoop or your hands, form into 1-inch balls. Squeeze gently so they hold their shape.
4. Place evenly spaced on your enamel cookie sheet.
5. Bake 20–25 minutes, until browned and sausage is cooked through.
6. Serve warm — the perfect party bite
