Ingredients for the Salsa:
Large container of strawberries
5 kiwis
4 navel oranges
½ of a fresh pineapple
juice from ½ a lemon
1 tablespoon (or so) sugar (measure with your heart!)
Large bowl
Dip On Ice
Ingredients for the Chips:
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup sugar
2 packs flour tortillas
Spray butter
Gallon size Ziplock bag
Cookie Sheet
Directions for Salsa:
Chop all fruit into small bite size pieces and place into a large bowl.
Add the juice of ½ of a lemon and 1 tablespoon of sugar into the bowl and mix
Serve cold in our Dip On Ice to keep it fresh and cold!
Directions for Chips:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Put ½ cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a large gallon Ziplock bag
Spray each side of the tortillas and cut into triangles with a pizza cutter or regular knife
Put the pieces into the bag in small batches (to make sure each piece gets coated evenly) and SHAKE!
Place on a cookie sheet lined with tin foil or parchment paper and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown
Let your chips fully cool before dipping them in your delicious fruit salsa!
