Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter
1 ½ cups half-and-half
2-3 cloves of minced garlic
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in the half-and-half and bring to a gentle simmer- don’t boil!
Stir in the parmesan and keep stirring until fully melted and smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Keep warm on low heat until ready to serve
