Ingredients:
½ Block Sharp Cheddar, hand shredded
½ Block Pepper Jack, hand shredded
1 jar of pimentos
Pickled jalapenos (as many as your heart desires)
Special Sh!t seasoning
Black pepper
1 ½ teaspoon sugar
¼ cup mayonnaise
Ritz crackers
4 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl
Dump into your Enamelware Pie Pan
Crush one sleeve of Ritz crackers and dump into a bowl. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter and mix with crushed Ritz
Spread cracker mixture on top of pimento dip
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-14 minutes (cooking time may vary based on cookware, dip should be golden brown/bubbly when ready)
For extra flavor- add a drizzle of hot honey!
