A simple homemade chicken salad packed with flavor, crunchy walnuts, and sweet green grapes — perfect for lunch, crackers, croissants, or straight from the bowl 💗

Ingredients

  • Chicken tenders

  • “Aw Shit” seasoning, to taste

  • “Chicken Shit” seasoning, to taste

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 3/4 cup green grapes, halved

  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

  • 1/2 cup mayo (add more if desired)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Place chicken tenders on a parchment paper-lined sheet pan.

  3. Season generously with “Aw Shit” seasoning and “Chicken Shit” seasoning.

  4. Bake until chicken is fully cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

  5. Remove chicken from oven and let cool.

  6. While the chicken cools, halve the grapes and chop the walnuts.

  7. Chop cooled chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a mixing bowl.

  8. Add grapes, walnuts, and mayo. Mix until combined.

  9. Season with salt, pepper, and a little more seasoning to taste.

  10. Serve chilled on croissants, sandwiches, crackers, or enjoy by itself!
