A simple homemade chicken salad packed with flavor, crunchy walnuts, and sweet green grapes — perfect for lunch, crackers, croissants, or straight from the bowl 💗
Ingredients
Chicken tenders
“Aw Shit” seasoning, to taste
“Chicken Shit” seasoning, to taste
Salt & pepper, to taste
3/4 cup green grapes, halved
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup mayo (add more if desired)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place chicken tenders on a parchment paper-lined sheet pan.
Season generously with “Aw Shit” seasoning and “Chicken Shit” seasoning.
Bake until chicken is fully cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove chicken from oven and let cool.
While the chicken cools, halve the grapes and chop the walnuts.
Chop cooled chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
Add grapes, walnuts, and mayo. Mix until combined.
Season with salt, pepper, and a little more seasoning to taste.
Serve chilled on croissants, sandwiches, crackers, or enjoy by itself!
