8 oz Pastabilities Pasta (shells or spirals work great)

    •    2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded

    •    12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Veggies & Cheese

    •    1 cup chickpeas (drained & rinsed)

    •    1 cup red or orange bell pepper, diced

    •    8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved

    •    ½ ripe avocado, diced

    •    1 cup muenster or cheddar cheese, shredded

Dressing

    •    ¾ cup Pasta House Italian Dressing (available at bbQ & MORE!)

    •    ½ cup mayonnaise

Seasoning

    •    ½ tsp Does Steak Seasoning

    •    ¼ tsp Good Sh!t seasoning

    •    Fresh-ground pepper using your Finamill

🔥 Griller’s Tip:

Have the grill master at home toss on a couple extra chicken breasts next time they fire up the grill or smoker. That smoky chicken makes a delicious twist in this pasta salad!

👩‍🍳 Instructions

    1.    Boil the pasta

Cook Pastabilities Pasta according to the package. Drain and cool.

    2.    Prep your mix-ins

Dice the chicken and avocado, crumble the bacon, halve the tomatoes, dice the pepper, and rinse chickpeas.

    3.    Make the dressing

Whisk together Pasta House Italian Dressing, mayo, Does Steak Seasoning, Good Sh!t, and a few twists of Finamill black pepper.

    4.    Combine it all

In a big mixing bowl, toss together pasta, chicken, bacon, chickpeas, bell pepper, tomatoes, avocado, and cheese. Add the dressing and mix until coated.

    5.    Chill or serve
