Fire Roasted The Ember Cauliflower & Lentils
Serves: 4–6
Cookware: Enamel sheet pan
Internal Temp Goal: N/A — roast until crisp + golden
Ingredients
• 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
• 1 can (15 oz) lentils, drained & rinsed
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1.5 tsp The Ember seasoning
• ½ tsp The House Blend
• ½ tsp Bull
• ½ tsp Awe
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp Good Shit seasoning (finish)
• Fresh parsley for color
Steps
1️⃣ Preheat oven 425°F.
2️⃣ Toss cauliflower + lentils with olive oil, The Ember, House Blend, Bull, Awe.
3️⃣ Spread on enamel sheet pan.
4️⃣ Roast 22–28 min, turning halfway until edges crisp.
5️⃣ Remove; finish with lemon juice + Good Shit seasoning.
6️⃣ Toss with fresh parsley.
Presentation
• Serve in Pampa Bay bowl
• Place on Mackenzie-Childs board with lemon wedges
• Add a Nora Fleming mini that matches your tablescape
