Spiced The Table Shrimp Skewers with Citrus Aioli
Serves: 6 (2 skewers each)
Cookware: Enamel grill pan or grill plate
Internal Temp Goal:
✔ Shrimp cooked to 120–125°F (just opaque, juicy)
Ingredients
• 1.5 lbs large shrimp, peeled + deveined
• 2–3 tbsp olive oil
• 1.5 tsp The Table seasoning
• ½ tsp The House Blend
• ½ tsp Bull
• ½ tsp Awe
• 1 tbsp Does Steak seasoning
• Citrus Aioli:
• ½ cup Greek yogurt + 2 tbsp mayo
• Juice of ½ lemon
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• ½ tsp Good Shit + tiny pinch Bull
Steps
1️⃣ Thread shrimp onto soaked skewers.
2️⃣ Brush with olive oil.
3️⃣ Season with The Table, House Blend, Bull, Awe, Does Steak.
4️⃣ Heat enamel grill pan over medium-high.
5️⃣ Place skewers; grill 2–3 min per side until opaque and 120–125°F.
6️⃣ Whisk aioli ingredients; adjust with Good Shit + Bull.
7️⃣ Serve immediately.
