Ingredients

    •    2 cans chickpeas, drained + rinsed

    •    3 cups broccoli florets

    •    3 tbsp olive oil

    •    1.5 tsp The Table seasoning

    •    ½ tsp The House Blend

    •    ½ tsp Bull

    •    ½ tsp Awe

    •    1 tsp lemon zest + juice

    •    Drizzle of honey + Good Shit seasoning finish

Steps

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425°F.

2️⃣ Toss chickpeas + broccoli with olive oil.

3️⃣ Sprinkle The Table, House Blend, Bull, Awe; toss well.

4️⃣ Spread on enamel sheet pan in one layer.

5️⃣ Roast 18–22 min, flip at halfway.

6️⃣ Remove, finish with lemon juice + zest.

7️⃣ Drizzle a thin line of honey + Good Shit over top.

Presentation
