FALL PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 🎃

$0.00

🧀 Ingredients

• 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
• 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1–2 tablespoons Season & Shadow House Blend seasoning
• 1 ½–2 tablespoons Captain Rodney’s Boucan Glaze
• ¼ teaspoon Doe’s Steak Seasoning
Salt & pepper, freshly ground with Finamill
• 1–2 tablespoons Season & Shadow Table Blend for dusting
• Pretzel rod or small bell pepper stem for the “pumpkin stem”
Optional: ¼ cup crushed pineapple, well drained — for a touch of sweetness and balance

🥣 Instructions

1️⃣ In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, Season & Shadow House Blend, Captain Rodney’s Boucan Glaze, Doe’s Steak Seasoning, and a touch of salt and pepper.
2️⃣ If using pineapple, fold it in now — make sure it’s well drained so your cheese ball holds its shape.
3️⃣ Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
4️⃣ Transfer the mixture to plastic wrap and shape it into a ball. Flatten slightly on top and bottom to form a pumpkin shape.
5️⃣ Use a knife or spoon handle to create vertical grooves like a pumpkin.
6️⃣ Roll or sprinkle with Season & Shadow Table Blend for a festive finish.
7️⃣ Add a pretzel rod or pepper stem on top as the pumpkin stem.
8️⃣ Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Serve on your favorite platter with Stellar Pretzels, crackers, or fresh veggies — and drizzle a touch of Captain Rodney’s Boucan Glaze on top for that extra sparkle.
