Herb & Sweet Heat Pork Loin Roast with The Table


Serves: 6

Cookware: Enamel roasting pan

Internal Temp Goal:

✔ Pork loin — safe, juicy at 145°F (then rest)

Ingredients

    •    2.5–3 lb pork loin

    •    2 tbsp olive oil

    •    1.5–2 tsp The Table seasoning

    •    1 tsp The House Blend

    •    ½ tsp Bull (pepper)

    •    ½ tsp Awe (heat)

    •    1 tsp Does Steak seasoning (garlic layer)

    •    2 tbsp honey + 1 tbsp Good Shit seasoning (sweet balance)

    •    Zest of 1 orange

    •    Fresh thyme or rosemary


Steps

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F.

2️⃣ Pat pork dry; rub with olive oil.

3️⃣ Season evenly with:

• The Table

• The House Blend

• Bull

• Awe

• Does Steak

4️⃣ Place pork fat-side up in enamel roasting pan.

5️⃣ Roast 35–45 minutes until internal temp reaches 140°F.

6️⃣ While roasting, whisk honey + Good Shit + orange zest.

7️⃣ Remove pork at 140°F, brush with honey glaze, and return to oven 3–5 min.

8️⃣ Pull at 145°F, rest 10 min before slicing.


Presentation

• Slice on a Mackenzie-Childs large platter

• Serve on a Pampa Bay tray with citrus wedges

• Add a Nora Fleming mini (orange slice / table icon)
