A family favorite + Super Bowl Homecoming Recipe

Step One: Prep Like a Pro

Start with whole wings and cut each one into three pieces:

  • Drumette

  • Tip (discard or save for stock)

Now listen closely-this is the most important step:

Pat. Them. Dry. TWICE.

The dryer the wings, the crispier the skin.

For every dozen wings:

  • 4 tablespoons Season & Shadow The House Blend

  • 2 tablespoon The Good Shit

  • 2 tablespoon All Shit

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Season Generously

Make-Ahead Friendly Tip

Once seasoned, you can layer the wings in a container using:

  • Parchment paper between layers

  • Paper towels on top to keep moisture out

How to Cook

  • Cook for 25 minutes

1 In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise and ketchup until smooth.

2 Stir in the Worcestershire sauce.

3 Add black pepper to taste, adjusting for desired bold flavor.

4 Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
