A fun & delicious twist to the original Chocolate Chip Cookie!
Ingredients:
1 bag Triple Chocolate
Chip gourmet cookie mix from Cookies-in-a-bag by
Danette
1 stick of salted butter
1 egg
Pinch of flaked sea salt
1 cup salted shelled pistachio nuts
1 jar of pistachio nut spread
Steps:
Mix together your Triple
Chocolate Chip cookie mix with 1 stick of butter and one egg.
Add one cup of salted pistachio nuts and mix until combined.
Measure out 4-5 ounces of cookie dough and form a cookie dough cup in the palm of your hand.
Fill cookie dough with 1 T of Pistachio spread and pinch cookie dough closed.
Chill cookie dough balls in the retrigerator for at least 30 minutes up to three days in sealed plastic container.
Bake chilled dough at 350 degree for 10-12 minutes on a silver metal cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Cool completely on parchment lined baking pan and enjoy!
Sprinkle with flaked sea salt if you like.
