1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

3/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain)

4 oz feta

The House Blend seasoning

Does Steak seasoning (garlic layer)

Bull seasoning (pepper layer)

Awe seasoning (heat layer)

Good Shit seasoning (sweet balance)

Optional: chopped chives or parsley

INTERNAL TEMP GOAL

This is a no-meat recipe. If warming it: heat to 165°F for food safety + serving comfort.

STEP-BY-STEP

1. Optional for extra cozy texture: Warm the rinsed beans in an enamel saucepan 2–3 minutes (not boiling).

2. Add beans, Greek yogurt, feta, olive oil, lemon juice to a food processor.

3. Season with:

– The House Blend

– Does Steak seasoning

– Bull

– a small pinch of Awe

4. Blend until whipped and creamy. Taste.

5. Finish with a tiny pinch of Good Shit seasoning. (This is the secret “sweet balance” that makes the flavor pop.)

6. If you want it warm for serving: scoop back into enamel saucepan and heat gently until 165°F, stirring constantly.

7. Spoon into a serving bowl and swirl the top.

PRESENTATION (ELEVATED + SHAREABLE)

1. Spoon into a Pampa Bay bowl.

2. Drizzle olive oil. Add herbs. Add a light sprinkle of Bull on the swirl.

3. Serve with colorful dippers on a Mackenzie-Childs board (veggies, pita wedges, protein crackers, grilled chicken skewers).

4. Add a Nora Fleming mini for the season.

PROTEIN BOOST IDEAS

Top with grilled shrimp, shredded rotisserie chicken, or roasted chickpeas.
