EMBER SMASHED PEA & AVOCADO CROSTINI WITH PISTACHIO DUST

INGREDIENTS

1 cup thawed frozen peas

1 ripe avocado

2 tbsp Greek yogurt or cottage cheese (protein boost)

1 tbsp olive oil

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Seasonings:

• The Ember

• The House Blend

• Does Steak seasoning

• Bull

• Aw Shit

• Good Shit

1/3 cup pistachios, finely chopped

1 baguette, sliced

Olive oil for brushing

STEP-BY-STEP

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F.

2️⃣ Place baguette slices on an enamel sheet pan.

3️⃣ Brush lightly with olive oil.

4️⃣ Toast for 6–8 minutes until golden.

5️⃣ While bread toasts, mash peas, avocado, and Greek yogurt together until mostly smooth.

6️⃣ Season with:

7️⃣ Squeeze in lemon juice and stir.
