EMBERED GREEN BEANS & PEAS WITH AVOCADO PISTACHIO CRUNCH

1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed

1 cup frozen peas, thawed

1 ripe avocado, diced

1/3 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped

2 tbsp olive oil

Seasonings:

• The Ember – smoky depth

• The House Blend – savory anchor

• Does Steak seasoning – garlic layer

• Bull – pepper layer

• Aw Shit – spice layer

• Good Shit – sweet balance

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Optional garnish: fresh herbs or lemon zest

STEP-BY-STEP

1️⃣ Heat enamel skillet over medium-high.

2️⃣ Add olive oil.

3️⃣ Add green beans and sauté for 6–8 minutes, stirring often, until blistered and tender-crisp.

4️⃣ Add peas and cook 1–2 minutes just to warm through.

5️⃣ Season with:

• The Ember

• The House Blend

• Does Steak seasoning

• Bull

• Aw Shit

6️⃣ Toss and heat until vegetables reach 165°F.

7️⃣ Remove from heat.

8️⃣ Gently fold in diced avocado.

9️⃣ Add chopped pistachios.

🔟 Squeeze lemon juice over top.

1️⃣1️⃣ Finish with a light sprinkle of Good Shit seasoning to balance the smoky heat with subtle sweetness.
