Garlic Butter Lemon Chicken Power Bowl

Cook + Serve With:
• your favorite skillet or shallow enamel pan for cooking chicken

Ingredients:
• Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
• Quinoa or brown rice
• Roasted broccoli
• Cherry tomatoes
• Avocado slices
• Fresh parsley or basil
• Lemon wedges
How to make:
