You can make a delightful baked cheese tortellini dish with porcini arrabbiata pasta sauce and Italian sausage. Here's a simple recipe:

Ingredients:

- 1 package of cheese tortellini and or spinach and ricotta tortellini

- 1 jar of porcini arrabbiata pasta sauce

- 1/2 pound of Italian sausage, casings removed

- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.

3. In a skillet, brown the Italian sausage over medium heat until it's fully cooked and crumbled. Drain any excess fat.

4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked cheese tortellini‘s, browned Italian sausage, and porcini arrabbiata pasta sauce. Mix until everything is well coated.

5. Transfer the tortellini mixture into a baking dish.

6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the ravioli mixture.

7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.

9. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
