Toss together 1 head of torn iceberg lettuce, 1/2 head romaine lettuce, 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion, 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, 1/4 cup diced pimentos, 4-5 oz. dressing, 1/2 cup grated parmigiana cheese. Serve well—chilled.
